Google, which already provides numerous free tools that are great for schools and that we’ll certainly be covering over time here on our blog, has created a lesson plan database for teachers. This database features lessons designed to incorporate one or more of Google’s applications (e.g. docs, maps, etc.). It is searchable by App, Grade, and Subject Level.

In our experience, knowing how to use a tool and knowing how to integrate it into the classroom are two different things. A database like this can help give teachers the ideas they need to get started with Google Apps. So check it out and let us know what you think.

Special thanks goes out to Free Technology 4 Teachers and Kyle Pace for bringing this site to our attention.
